I have over 18 years of experience in craniosacral therapy and have been certified in it now for over 13 years.   Some of the other modalities I may use within a session include light myofascial release, a limited amount of neuromuscular release and Healing Touch to help restore fluidity and freedom of movement within the soft tissues and free flow of energy.  You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about craniosacral therapy.
